[Area Overview] Shopping District

    The heart of Suzuran. This place is nearby the Suzuran Junior High School, and as well as the streets where Andou Ringo and Maguro Sasaki lives. You know it's the place when you see the large gate with green pillars.

    Suzuran's Shopping District is like your ordinary street filled with shops at the side. They sell various kinds of things, from foods, cosmetics, souvenirs... they have everything! The shopping buildings are mostly tall and have two floors, as some of the shops are family business.

    One of the shops that is a family business is Andou Greengrocers, handled by Andou Ringo's family. They sell many kinds of fruit and vegetable, and you can guarantee it's fresh. Another example is a fishmonger handled by Sasaki Maguro's family. Besides those shops though, there are many others and that what's makes the shopping district lively and peaceful.

    Accompanying the shopping district is their iconic gate with green pillars. This is an icon of Suzuran's Shopping District and as well as the entrance to the street itself. Besides that, they have the road with cement as their material, like your iconic road for vehicles. Although, they have been planning to replace those roads with red bricks, to make the streets more colorful. There are also street signs at the side, mostly due to many students went to the Suzuran Junior High School through the shopping district first.

    Rumors spread out that cats are never allowed in the district, especially black cats. It says that they will bring bad luck to the sales of each business in there. But so far, these are still rumors and few cats can be seen lurking around.

This is not really a dangerous place. In some days, burglars, robbers, and thieves lurk in the night to steal money or products from the shops. In the day however, they are almost nonexistent.
