Character Synopsis: Lidelle is a (very) young student from Primp Town that's easily distinguishable physically due to her large ears and her horns tied into hair buns. She's incredibly shy but well-meaning and a very sweet kid, but she feels largely embarrassed by her odd characteristics.

Character History: H-here you go...

Headcanons: 

• Lidelle's lives alone at her own house, having no parents to speak of. The closest parental figure she ever had (or considered them one, at least) was Ms. Accord.
• She at heart is a pacifist and demonstrates some unwillingness to fight. However, she knows when she needs to fold 'em, and will partake in the confrontation if necessary.
• Contrary to one's expectations, Lidelle's actually an infant dragon. However, people mistakenly thought she was an elf, and since everybody referred to her as such, she had grown to believe this.
• Adding to the above, she explicitly dislikes being referred to an 'imp' due to how imps are often considered mischievous when she herself clearly isn't. 
• The large sleeves are to help Lidelle channel her wind magic better. Her hidden hands are actually normal.

Writing Sample: The smol wasn't sure on what to make out of the strange device she now held in her hands. She twisted and turned it around, shook it a little before finally pressing some random buttons. It wasn't until she pressed the one with the little home icon in that the screen lit up.

Naturally, there was some level of shock there. Not to the extent of kicking and screaming as it flared to life, though. The screen wasn't anything special, though it did display the 'home icon' button she just pressed, the words 'HOME Menu' displayed below. There was also a black bar on the left saying something about 'news' or something like that, but she pressed that button again before she could even process that. The black bar quickly retreated to leave the screen, leaving her and the home icon...and a new message.

"...'Press the same button three times'...?"

Small wonder she'd be stumped debating if she could press that same button she pressed twice beforehand or any other of the buttons were fair game. Braving into unknown territory, she pressed another button thrice as the screen requested...and she was greeted with another screen, full of things she didn't know what they were! She didn't know what to do, but one thing's for sure.

That machine was piquing her interest and she felt determined to understand it.

Abilities (#)

Ability 1: Vento: Lidelle flaps her giant sleeves forward to create a little wind projectile akin to a Sonic Boom. It may look super harmless, but it's deceptively sharp as a saw blade. Deals 12 damage.

Ability 2: Uragano: Spinning around, the little one envelops herself in wind magic, becoming basically a living tornado that packs a powerful punch. Deals 20 damage, but Lidelle has to wait for 2 turns to use it again.

Ability 3: Tifone: It appears to be a more advanced version of Uragano at first, but Lidelle instead shoots a
 typhoon projectile that's an AoE attack. Deals 15 damage, but has a 3 turn cooldown.

Ability 4: Fulmine: Lidelle conjures a dark cloud that quickly hovers towards an enemy's head and quickly shoots a bolt of lightning down at the foe. It deals 18 damage and has a decent chance of inflicting Paralysis (20%), but Lidelle can't use this move for 3 turns.

Ability 5: Tuono: Conducting electricity from her horns, Lidelle wastes 2 actions to charge this attack before discharging a storm of lightning bolts towards a general area. AoE attack that deals 25 damage and has a good chance of inflicting Paralysis (45%).

Ability 6: Arcobaleno: Have you ever seen someone weaponize a rainbow? Lidelle may have pioneered this usage at least in her homeworld. Her sleeves begin glowing brightly before she paints a rainbow into existence and--for a lack of a better descriptive word--slams it onto an opponent, culminating into a little colorful explosion. It deals 30 damage, but it's still rather primitive in its execution, which causes Lidelle to take 10 recoil damage.
