[The Phantom God]

You won't find a more humble little shop in all the multiverse's many worlds. The herbalism 'shop' is hardly even a shop in the traditional sense, but there are certainly some uh... 'interesting' things to buy should you venture inside. A sweet scent lingers in the air, hinting at an appreciation for a particular form of incense. The shop's main export are medicinal herbs. Some people might call them drugs and, in some cases, the negative connotation might be well-earned. The shop owners mean well enough, however they won't be very useful in helping you avoid the herbs that will make you see things or make your heart race. They're simple folk, and it's unclear if they fully understand the things they're selling themselves. The only thing one can reasonably confident in is that they will not give you poison, as they only sell the herbs they themselves would use. Therefore, you're unlikely to encounter anything that's outright deadly to consume and effects are likely to be relatively mild at that. (Note: This shop is unique in that you ICly must trade and barter for the items you want. However, this is handwaved OOCly in favor of consistency.)
