Character Synopsis: Draco rose to a prime character spot since the Madou games.  She takes pride in her beauty and her self-proclaimed elegant fighting to the point she's a slight egotist about those qualities.  She's taken it upon herself to call Arle Nadja her rival on such matters, and will often challenge her to prove how much better she is -- granted, it rarely ever works in Draco's favor.  Since the Puyo games, she's also challenged Arle to Puyo matches and, again, it rarely ever works in Draco's favor.

Headcanons: As you might infer by "Straight~?" on the profile, she's decently sure she's straight, but not entirely.  Perhaps there's a reason why.  Maybe you might help her find out?  I feel like Draco enjoys playing around with her fire and fists in spare time to practice with it, so there's that.  She's arrogant about her beauty and skill but also internally very self-conscious about it, which leads to despair when she's upstaged or humiliated on such matters.  In regards to preferred appearance, I'll probably be using the standard 20th/PPT design... for now.  I imagine her to be quite toned, but nothing especially buff.

"...eh?"  A certain draconic beauty lounging nearby managed to hear this (commotion beneath her).   But for now, she would have a point not to get too involved.  This dragon girl was laying on a rooftop with sunglasses on (for tanning purposes probably), and she lifted these sunglasses to hear the commotion.   Because we hear with our eyes, yes, totally.   Rather, she lifted them to SEE, coming to the edge of the roof at a crawl and looking down at them...  Some old acquaintances, and... one that looked like an old acquaintance.  Weird.  She pouted her lips to convey that thought.   And now, she just watched as her tail slowly went back and forth behind her, only in view if someone would look away from the scene below and look up there... or come up behind, of course, but who would?

"Lemme look, Iris, lemme look!" Gettin' reeeeeally close to this pinned pseudomage, here.  Her face had a pout to the lower lip, looking carefully at her target's as she kneeled down to the ground... 
"Hrrrrmmmm... I bet your beauty's as fake as you are."  That's a bold claim, Draco.  We totally don't have enough evidence for the court!  Sarcasm aside, Draco pinched the skin near Not!Arle's left eye and rubbed at it, as if she were trying to rub off the mascara of a cheating opponent in a beauty contest.  Her nail may "accidentally" scratch that skin ever so slightly in a rough grip -- can ya tell she's angry?

- [1] Martial Arts

• [<3d7> Strength attack, single-target.] Draco's martial arts prowess is versatile -- punches and kicks only scrape the surface. Functions as a Jab™ of sorts.

- [2] Burning Breath

• [<1> Thaumaturgy attack, single-target centered.] Draco breathes in deeply, and forcefully exhales a cone of fire due to igniting the breath in her throat.  The attack deals a hugely important 1 damage by itself, but will certainly Burn the target.  On critical, it will instead Immolate.  Foes (or allies) right next to the target RP-wise will also be hit.  
  

- [3] Draco Upper

• [<18> Strength attack, single-target.] Flame encasing a furious fist! Draco uppercuts as she leaves a trail of fire behind her stroke, fire enhancing the impact like a few of her other moves.  On critical, Draco will knock the foe unconscious.  Cooldown of 1 Turn.

- [4] Draco Burning

• [Buff, self-targeting.] Draco assumes a powerful stance as a blazing aura ignites within and around her. Maintaining a state is taxing -- as such, the ability holds a cooldown of three turns.  The buff takes place starting next turn, making it viable to end a turn with activating.  For the following three turns or until Draco is hit with a Water attack (or until she just willingly calls it off, whichever comes first), the following effects take place:
• Strength rises by 2. [+4]
• Thaumaturgy rises by 1. [-1]
  
• Dexterity falls by 1. [±0]
• Stealth falls by 3. [-3]

• Intimidation (+2) and Charisma (-2) swap.
• Natural 18 and 19 rolls can critical as well as 20.

- [5] Dyna-Sonic

• [<22> Strength attack, single-target.] She's fired up!  Draco unleashes a fearsome flurry of rapid blows that may as well be a continuous blast of pain and finishes with a particularly charged final punch*.  On critical, the foe is Stunned by that punch.  Such a YATATATATA is exhausting to spam even for someone as energetic as her -- as such, the attack holds a cooldown of two turns to keep herself in check.
  * CAUTION: On a non-critical hit, the attack requires a DEX throw by the foe and user before the final punch.  If the user's result beats or ties the foe's, the punch goes through.  If the user's result loses to the foe's, they weave out of it, only taking 16 damage.

- [6] Draco Special

• [<30> Strength attack, single-target centered.] Consider Focus Punch.  Takes two turns to use.  On the first turn...
• All muscles in Draco's right arm tense as she prepares a mighty punch.  The fist ignites and radiates a bright orange glow.  If she's hit during the charging process, she must succeed on a natural Constitution save of 12 or higher to maintain concentration, or the effort is wasted and her next turn is spent recovering from such a foiling -- in short, she's automatically Stunned.
• On a successful second turn is where it gets fun: she jumps forward at her target and unleashes one murderous punch that explodes on connection, sending the foe backward!  Foes (or allies) close to the area of impact, as well as the target, take an additional [1d10 + Thaumaturgy] damage.  On critical, a mortal wound is inflicted -- she's gonna break something important.  Tiring as all hell -- the attack has a cooldown spanning three turns.
